Digital Print Labels

The most recent revolution in printing has been the introduction of Digital Printing. Digital printing is basically the printing of an image directly onto a substrate (paper or similar) from artwork prepared on a Computer without the need for a printer to make film negatives and printing plates for each colour that amy be required to make up the finished image.

This technology has now been developed for the label printing industry and in our attempt to be leaders in our industry we have invested in this type of equipment.

What does this mean to you ?

It means that we can now print very small quantities of multicoloured labels on demand with very quick turnaround. Now it is economically viable to produce a small run of a label to test a markets acceptance to a product or its packaging. It is also useful for the boutique wine industry whose production is limited to a few hundred or a few thousand bottles.
